The Die Is Cast: The Order of Right
![Jese Leos](https://bookclub.deedeebook.com/author/hank-mitchell.jpg)
The concept of right and wrong is one of the most fundamental and enduring in human history. We all have a sense of what is right and wrong, and we use this sense to guide our behavior. But where does this sense of right and wrong come from? Is it something that is innate, or is it something that we learn from our culture and upbringing?

In this article, I will argue that there is no such thing as objective right and wrong. Our moral values are simply the product of our culture and upbringing. This has profound implications for our society and our ability to live together in peace and harmony.
The Nature of Morality
Morality is a system of beliefs about what is right and wrong. These beliefs are often based on our values, which are the things that we consider to be important. Our values can be influenced by a variety of factors, including our culture, our upbringing, and our personal experiences.
There are many different moral systems in the world. Some of these systems are based on religion, while others are based on secular values. There is no one moral system that is universally accepted, and different people often have different ideas about what is right and wrong.
The Subjectivity of Morality
One of the most important things to understand about morality is that it is subjective. This means that there is no such thing as objective right and wrong. What is right for one person may be wrong for another person. There is no one right answer when it comes to moral questions.
The subjectivity of morality has a number of implications. First, it means that there is no one right way to live. Different people have different values, and they will make different choices about how to live their lives. There is no one right way to be happy or successful.
Second, the subjectivity of morality means that we cannot always expect others to agree with our moral views. We may believe that something is right, but someone else may believe that it is wrong. This can lead to conflict and disagreement.
Finally, the subjectivity of morality means that we must be tolerant of other people's moral views. We may not agree with someone else's moral views, but we must respect their right to hold those views. We cannot force our own moral views on others.
The Importance of Tolerance
Tolerance is the ability to respect the beliefs and opinions of others, even if we do not agree with them. Tolerance is essential for a peaceful and harmonious society. If we cannot tolerate other people's moral views, we will be constantly in conflict with each other.
There are many ways to promote tolerance. One way is to educate ourselves about different cultures and religions. Another way is to travel and meet people from different backgrounds. We can also learn to be more open-minded and accepting of other people's views.
The concept of right and wrong is complex and multifaceted. There is no one right answer when it comes to moral questions. Our moral values are simply the product of our culture and upbringing. This has profound implications for our society and our ability to live together in peace and harmony.
We must be tolerant of other people's moral views. We cannot force our own moral views on others. We must learn to respect the beliefs and opinions of others, even if we do not agree with them.
Tolerance is essential for a peaceful and harmonious society. If we can learn to be more tolerant of each other, we can create a better world for ourselves and for our children.
